3)      =             The procedure for releasing a player in the off-season is as follows:

The player and parents must submit a letter to the League President, Division Vice-President, or Player Agent explaining why they want to be released from the team. A meeting will be scheduled first with the manager and coaching staff, and then with the parents in an attempt to reconcile the situation. = It is the goal of the Board to not move players. If the problem is with a coac= h, manager, or teammate then the player must remain in the same division. This= is to stop the manipulation of tournament teams. The Board of Directors must approve any changes. A letter with the final decision will be sent to the parents from the Player Agent and a copy will be kept in the player’s file.
