REPLACEMENT
OF PLAYERS

In the event a player is lost to moving or quitting a = team, the Manager and Player Agent will review the try-out /draft sheets for an eligible replacement. 12 year= old Minor Leaguers will be chosen first. If no 12’s are available, an eleven (11) will be used and will remain on the team permanently. If no 11’s are available, then a ten (10) will be used on down. Managers will have seven days or t= wo games to replace that player.
If a player is injured or ill for 14 or more days, the Manager and Player Agent will review the try-out/draft sheets for an eligib= le replacement. 12-year-old Minor Leaguer’s will be chosen first. If no 12’s are available, an eleven (11) will be used and will remain on th= e team permanently. If no 11’s= are available, then a ten (10) will be used on down. Managers will have fourteen (14) d= ays or four (4) games to replace that player.
Before the draft begins, the new expansion teams will = draw numbers to see who will go first.
Each expansion team will draft seven (7) players. Four (4) of these seven players wi= ll be 12 year olds and the other three will be 11 or 12 year olds. These will be drafted before
any of the existing teams b= egin their draft.
When the draft begins, it will be held as usual with t= he new expansion teams following in behind the first place team that would normally draft last, with the expansion team that drew #1 going first and so on. During the second round, the expan= sion team that drew #2 will follow the first place team and the team who drew #1 will drop to end. Team #1 and= Team #2 will alternate picks each round thereafter.
All other draft rules apply to all existing teams and = the new expansion teams.
Seniority rule is waived for expansion Managers and/or= new Managers.
All alternate rules such as stated in these rules will= apply to all existing teams and expansion teams.
